Need Help with Spybot Blocking Feature

I love Spybot Search & Destroy, but one feature is driving me nuts.
I use hotmail, and I can't seem to get through my messages without seeing about 10 messages telling me that Spybot has blocked a download.
Is there any to stop from getting this same alert over and over again?
The alerts says:
Spybot-S&D has blocked the download of "Avenue A, Inc."!
And then it has an "OK" button for me to press.
I love that's its blocking it, it's just too cumbersome to deal with the message every time I get an email.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

I developed the exact problem sihaya described AFTER Dell tech support walked me through reinstalling my Windows XP Home night before last. The reinstall didn't fix everything, but it got me back on-line. I never had seen this repeated notification before through Spybot. I want and expect it to be gone when I reinstall after the destructive recovery that the Dell guy is due to call me for in about an hour.

Perhaps something is going wrong in sihaya's system? My 'puter did a spontaneous partial purge of itself for reasons unknown; that was the reason for reinstalling Windows....mj :)
