I think I'm in the wrong forum, but it is interesting that the Ewido main program directs a user to here for support.. Interesting.
anyway, my NAV 2005 Corporate expires in 3 weeks. I just bought Ewido, based on the malware doctors at www.aumha.net who perform miracles with hijackthis logs (This is a Microsoft MVPS site) Anyway, does Ewido have a companion AV program that complements it's anti malware program I can buy?
Thanks, Mikey B San Diego

theres no AV companion program to ewido anti-malware, its meant to be used alongside a 3rd party antivirus. i use nod32, but its compatible with many AV.

Ewido is fully compatible with most antivirus programs. I use it with McAfee without any problems. It is officially affiliated with the Grisoft Group, who make AVG antivirus.

Yes,

Since ewido was recently purchased by Grisoft,you may want to consider using Grisoft's anti virus and firewall titled"AVG"
"The acquisition expanded Grisoft's AVG antivirus and firewall offerings to include ewido's anti-malware "

AVG Free isn't that bad. I use it all the time.
10 minutes ago I ran KAV Personal Pro trial, couldn't find anything either.
KAV = AVG + Discipline. :)

Kaspersky is the best...Only one to come even close to them is NOD32

If there is no virus on your pc, then of course no virus will be found even by the best of scanners, so to say that free is as good as payed with "10 minutes ago I ran KAV Personal Pro trial, couldn't find anything either.
KAV = AVG + Discipline" is a really bad example.
