Question everything was working just fine... I backed up one of my harddrives and mounted the image on my main computer. All the microsoft office applications, pictures and music came up fine. Now the only files that came up corrupt were .wps files which of course are in Microsoft Works. Reason why I know this is because i pulled the hard drive out of my computer and through a ide to usb connector set it up on my main computer and i pulled all the data just fine. Is there an update or possibly a reason why this is doing it..

Hello jcruces77,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Server Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATISWin/).
Could you please describe the issue in more details: what is the exact name of the product that you use? Could you also let us know the build number of the product, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog (it should be a 3 or 4 digit number)?
Please clarify where the backup is saved to (internal hard drive, external hard drive or another removable media)? Could you please clarify what exactly error message you received when you try to restore these .wps files? Please also send us a screen shot of the error, if possible.
Please also try to restore the files when booting from Acronis True Image Bootable Rescue Media and let us know the results.
Thank you.
