Cannot disable popup blocker

Just installed the product yesterday and I cannot allow popups at a web site by either moving the address to the user list or even disabling the blocker completely. Explorer still shows that Acronis is blocking the popup. I am using Windows XP service Pack 2, windows explorer

It looks like the machine has to be rebooted to disable the popup blocker
