Just noticed after all these years that my university has a license allowing all students, etc to install it on home pc's etc... So I'm downloading it from there now... Always worth a test anyway... Just wondered if anyone had any experience? Never heard of it before.

it should be VirusScan 4.51 SP1...
excellent protection, like VirusScan 7 Home/Pro, it uses the Dr. Solomon engine.
IMHO, one of the best AV you can find...
Top 3 when it comes to compare detection rates ;) ,after F-Secure/AVK, KAV.

Well, it's 7... but something very strange has happened to me after installation.. I've posted my disaster in Ten Forward here...

I actually hope it's just a fluke and not McAfee b/c it would make a nice backup AV or if I piddle with it it might take over and let AVG be backup...
