I think you go to the Site, they ask you some questions to see if your brain needs enhancing......if it does, then they send you the required amount of mp3s to do the job...

Then I think it's upto you to find somewhere in your body to insert them.....well nobody said it would be easy........no pain no gain..;D

OK e-o....listen and listen good!! There's really not much difference between Spam an Soylent Green. I used this chant to ward off a coupe of Witch Drs back in the olden days when I was in Nursery School an the snow was higher than Cochise's nicked knickers!

I tole the Which Drs: (well....one of them)
