Trying to get the latest update to Privacy Expert and keep getting page cannot be found. Its the same for the other products as well.

Is anyone aware of this. I have tried from two different locations with different ISP's so I don't think its me.

Grateful for any help.

Hi, ventanas

You can use this link:- Spyware Updates (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/support/updates/spyware), either open or [best practise] save to disk and run form there.

Hello ventanas,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Internet Privacy and Antispyware Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/privacyexpert/).

Please describe your step-by-step actions which you took to download the latest update for Acronis Privacy Expert Suite 9.0.
When exactly have you received the "page cannot be found" error?

Here is the basic scheme of the process:

- Go to the Updates (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/updates/) section of Acronis web site.

- Enter your registration e-mail and password. If you forgot your password, please follow the link (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/remind/password/).

- Download the latest available build of your Acronis product.

If you have not registered your product on our web site yet, then you should do it in order to receive free updates.

- Choose the Product registration (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/products/registration/).

- Enter the serial number for your Acronis product in the corresponding field.

- With your product registered, you will have access to the latest build at Product updates (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/updates/).

Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

Thank you.

Support makes a good point in the last post, I found if I am using Google Web Accelarator I could not download updates. Turn it off and downloads work okay.
