ICE Systems

I am considering the purchase of KAV 5.0/KAV 6.0 when available. Has anyone here used ICE Systems as their purchase point for KAV? What is your experience with their support of Kaspersky products? Thanks.

havent purchased from ice however i have had a need for communication last year with them and they were excellent. Before the Kav forums http://forum.kaspersky.com/ were set up at the current web site kaspersky utilised Ice Forums for a year or so as their unofficial forum. many members and lurkers here would have frequented Ice forums on a daily basis.http://forums.useice.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi Their connection with Kaspersky products is very solid .

I use Ice systems and they have excellent service after the sale if needed.

Likewise i purchased Kav 5.0 from them. No problems, never needed any support.
