My virus scan shows: No virus found. However, the Test results show the following:
(Scan): Shell32.dll (Result): Change
(Path): C:\Windows\system32\shell32.dll
(Object): C:\Windows\system32.dll
(Result): Change (Status): Changed
Is there any problem with this result? Thanks for help.

If using AVG Free, have you posted this question on their forum here? (http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5445/lng/us/tpl/v5)
Castlecops also has a Grisoft forum here. (http://castlecops.com/f106-AVG_Topics.html)
Hopefully, you can get an answer to your question.
I did find this. (http://forum.grisoft.cz/freeforum/read.php?8,67926,backpage=,sv=)

To get AVG to quit showing them as changed, open the AVG Test Center, click the F3 key on your keyboard and tell it to accept the changes. If it still shows something as changed after this.. delete the file named AVG7QT.DAT in C:\ and AVG will rebuild it the next time it is run" }-
