I lost my license & filled the form out for a new e-mail license but after it confirms that I'm in the database I never receive an e-mail with the license, any help is greatly appreciated...

Do you or your ISP use a spamfilter?
It could be the message got removed by you or your ISP. :-\
Else it could also end up in your Junk folder.
Best to check it out and whitelist mail send from ewido and Grisoft (AVG).

Hope you don't use Verizon, because it blocks messages coming from AVG. >:(
If nothing helps, I would suggest sending a PM to Vincenz, so he can help you further.

I am a person with a verizon email. I have the same problem with needing my license code due to just buying a new puter. How can I get this since verizon blocks AVG? >:( Can someone please help us. BTW, we are getting rid of verizon very soon :)

Good for you.
I tried Verizon (cost effective), but I also dropped when I found they filtered my mail against my wishes. Verizon, by forcing this filtering upon their customers, is saying the customer is too stupid to make decisions. Its really insulting and demeaning and I don't understand why this is tolerated.
