Hello,
I am a fairly knowledgeable computer in some respects, but like many,I'm registry challenged.
I'm running XP-sp2 ,nod32,l-n-s,spybut,microsoft antispy, and adaware.I have tried a couple of registry protection programs, but I don't understand any of them. What can I use that's effective yet simple to understand?I also install/uninstall a lot of programs and would like a safer way to do that as well.

Thank You

RegDefend is also a very good reg protection. Easy to use and rule based.
