I am the only user on this PC.
I wish to install a keylogger in case an intruders comes on this PC and somehow uses it.
I wish to have a copy of keyboard activities.

Where can I find good, free keyloggers?
Preferably something something that cannot be detected as malware with avast! antivirus.

Look here:
http://www.download.com/

There are some on that site that are free.
Keep in mind that most if not all of the free ones are not so good.

You may also want to check here:
All In One Keylogger (http://www.relytec.com)

Only the trial is free but it is worth it.
I used it for tracking my kids online activities.
This, in my opinion is the best keylogger you will find.
It even got 5 cows from tucows.
They give 7 days of free full functionality trial.
After that you will need to purchase, but it doesn't cost much and it definitely worth it.
