NOD32 shows several User Agents under its HTTP configuration screen. My question is where does NOD32 retrieve this information from. I am asking because some of these applications that I am seeing have long been uninstalled.

This information is retrieved from the programs themselves when they are used for the first time.

So in other words Eset is storing this information itself. Is there any way of removing the User Agents some of which are no longer valid since they have been uninstalled?

{QUOTE-> So in other words Eset is storing this information itself. If you are comfortable with registry changes you can modify the entries for one or two, or you can clear the key and let the list get rebuilt as you use the programs. You can uninstall/reinstall NOD32 and start fresh that way.
You can find the information about the client compatibility list (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=97291) changes here.
