I had this problem but when I let it run with PG I had no problems. Am I OK then? I do not have to uninstall? When I blocked it with PG IE would not open

Upon further research of this issue on the internet, some forums and Prevx (security software) have said Verclsid_Tool is malware. Can anyone shed any light on this?
