Some urgent assistance required. I have a client who uses an international travel booking system called Sabre. Since updating their machines over the weekend to NOD32v2, they can no longer connect with their Sabre Client Software. Going back to a machine with v1 still installed doesn't cause any problems.
Any suggestions?

Did the client re-boot the Machine after NOD32 Installation?
And did your client try adding Sabre Client Software to NOD32 Exclude list?
What Windows Version does your client have?

All the machines have been rebooted several times after the install. Thanks to the lovely Microsoft Patches :). I have since discovered it is only affecting PCs that are running Windows 95/98. Any of the Win2k machine seem to be fine. I hvae not added the software to the exclude list. I will give this a go when the customer is closed. For now they are running okay with v1.
I'm hoping the client is going to upgrade to WinXP machines in the next few months anyway, which will hopefully cause the problem to disapear considering it is working on Win 2000 :P

Try changing the compatibility level in IMON.
NOD32 Control Center -> Resident modules and filters -> IMON -> Setup -> Advanced setup.
Drag it to the middle position. ("IMON is set to the middle compatibility level")
Best regards,
