Printer problems

My Panasonic KX-P P4410 was working fine but now copies are smudged . I tried to clean printer as it had a horizonal smudge line on print jobs. Now not onlyis there a horizontal line across the page but smudges all over on print reproductions. This is far more pronounced after I removed cartridge and attempted to clean interior with tissue.
Help.
If this is not correct forum for this posting please advise.

I tried doing various searches but aside from finding that the correct model seems to be KX-P4410 I could find nothing of any substance. I could find no support material on Panasonic's site (including their area where supposedly Online Manuals are made available).

The only halfway decent support resource I was able to find on these is this site

But apparently the number of useful responses there is minimal.

Hopefully, someone who has direct experience with this or similar model printer will be able to offer better help.
