The process doesn't seem to shut down properly.
I'm using version 2.1.1.0. My system is Windows XP Professional SP 2.

Can you see those processes using Windows Task Manager (or any other conventional process listing tool) ?

It's just in the kernel memory, not visible to user mode API.
