AS3 Personal Firewall

Some character in another forum is promoting AS3 (free rules based FW).
(This first-time poster's promotion left me a little leery).
I must admit I've never heard of it.
Anybody have any experience with it?

AS3 is a decent and light weight inbound only firewall. Might be a nice choice to accompany a good HIPS program.

Just loaded to have a look, but the firewall wont startup,...just getting "Run_time_errors"
