What are those best correlations to measure probability to get infected?

We have seen tests that can tell the rankings against "zoo" malwares, "official" ITW lists, variants of certain nasty families, backdoors/trojans, worms, unpacking skills, ad-/spyware, dialers, rootkits, snapshots of samples shown in different online multiav-/at-scanners, personal experiencies of various scanners, industry opinions of trustworthy vendors etc, but where is the beef? Which parameters shows the best how safe solution we have? :-\

IMO it's impossible to come up any measurement for security. "Probability someone has of getting infected" depends on combination of the individual users brains (or lack of), computer use habits (where do they surf, do they use that P2P software, use warez software, etc) , how well setup their system is (behind firewall? windows updates? Anti-threat software?)
