I installed true image 9.0 on a winxp pro running service pak2.
Install went just fine, in fact when i did a backup that went fine too.
I noticed the following day when i tried to get on my network- it would not connect to my other computers. They can connect to me but I only "see" them but it comes back access unavailable- not enough memory on server to connect.

I had not had this problem before i installed true image.

Also it seemed to cause a problem with my internet connections too. I found my lynksis router stopped working.

Uninstall the program and everything is fine- reinstall same problems.

Can someone explain what is going on and how to fix this? I paid $49.99 for this product and i expect it to work without messing up my computer.

thanks
robin

Search on "Irpstacksize". You will have to change this value to correct the problem which is quite common and not unique to TI. See this post http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?p=694178&highlight=irpstacksize#post694178. The change needs to be made on the shared machine.
