Right after installing the latest TI9 build, my Firefox started crashing and I cannot use it. I can use IE without a problem, but I like Firefox better. I have had Firefox for years with NO problems. Started only after Acronis download.
Has anyone else seen this problem? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Hello MarieBoyer,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
Please be aware that we have not heard about such problems of Acronis True Image 9.0 before and so we would like to investigate this one with your assistance, if you have time for this of course.
Please do the following to provide us with the information what would let us investigate this issue thoroughly and provide you with a possible workaround:
- Press the Start button, choose Run, type "drwtsn32" and press Enter;
- In the dialog that appears check the Log File and Crash Dump paths, then press the OK button;
- Run Acronis True Image and reproduce the problem;
- Pick up the user.dmp and drwtsn32.log files in the directory specified at step 2;
After that please create an account (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/registration/), then log in (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/) and submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the link to this thread.
Thank you.

Try reinstalling Firefox.

It seems like it may have been a Firefox problem? I had to uninstall all my extensions in safe mode. That seems to have worked.
Thanks for your help!
