Network Drive

Is there some way I can do an image backup to a network drive with just its IP address? I have network storage but I don't have it integrated with my windows xp as a drive letter, it is just an IP address. It does take FTP. Perhaps I could map to an IP address or something?

I think you need to map the drive and then image to the root of that drive. TI will not image to a network folder (something I thought I rememebered.

I'll admit, I haven't done it, but would like to hear from those who have, hence the post.

TI 8 and 9 will back up to ip addresses or names such as \\192.168.0.1\X$ or \\mynetdrive\X$ - whatever you can open from the START/ RUN command line works including shared folders such as \\192.168.0.1\Acronis where "Acronis" would be a the shared folder.
