I have a 250gb Maxtor Maxline Plus II with one 233gb system partition.
I am attempting to resize this in order to then create a separate partition.
I am setting the resize to 24gb - DDS 9 accepts everything and says it needs to reboot to complete....
So I reboot, DDS kicks into action, carries out a variety of tasks (inluding "checking partition", then "synchronizing with OS" (or something like that) all without obvious error.
DDS completes after a suspiciously short time span (30 to 60 secs) and reboots machine.
All is well, EXCEPT THE PARTITION REMAINS @ 233gb!!!
Any assistance much appreciated - yes using the latest build (downloaded this morning).
