Unknown program

Anyone can give me any feedback on this program, i am going to travel and probably take my laptop to use with free wi-fi spots and found this program.

Anybody can help me please, i know that this is a kind of tunneler that encrypt data to send via wi-fi hotspots via asecure connection.
Does anybody know another service like this one that have used and are satisfied with

I still don't see how this program can be anymore secure with unsecure Wi-Fi.
Maybe the communication between the P2P is secure but what about the connection itself?
