If a King Zulu from africa finds my email adress and calls me thrustworty - then I know it´s a scam that has been don thousands of times before. If you dont know that person personally - it´s a cheap easy to see through scam.
Every normally gifted, sane person knows that you dont ask a stranger to do things like this based on an email adress, or fax for that matter..

But it is amazing how many people actually are gullible enough to fall for this type of scam. (something for nothing)

Here's an idea - save it to show your friends (who, somehow, never heard of it) and impress them that you've got an "in" with royalty. ;) ;D

Yes we have seen these emails along with many lottery scam emails at our little Free Lotto Forum in the past.
Although these emails had nothing to do with our main activity "free lottos" we allowed them to save as many possible victims as possible, unfortunately sometimes too late.
These emails have been sent all over the world in thousands of variants and there are forums on the internet, where you can post these emails and ask for advice.
Some members didn't even believe that it was a scam and we had to prove it with other examples.
It's unbelievable, but people's greed makes them really stupid.

bigC is very right about this and this article proves how organized these criminals are and how much they earn.

This is just one story and if you search long enough you will find similar stories.

Time to bump my curiously neglected Fun with spam! (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=96754) thread. :D

An interesting article: Internet Scammers Keep Working in Nigeria (http://www.bizreport.com/news/9166/)-{ Quote: "Day in, day out, a strapping, amiable 24-year-old who calls himself Kele B. heads to an Internet cafe, hunkers down at a computer and casts his net upon the cyber-waters.

Blithely oblivious to signs on the walls and desks warning of the penalties for Internet fraud, he has sent out tens of thousands of e-mails telling recipients they have won about $6.4 million in a bogus British government "Internet lottery."" }-

These 419 scams have been around a long time. Some folks have a great time responding to these guys and yanking their chains. In reality they really are dumb. If you want a good laugh spend some time here.

I really enjoyed reading the Gene Rayburn scam replies. He was really yanking their chain and they just kept coming back for more. Those scammers must have really been dumb.
