Clear Private Data is a Add On for FF Ver.0.2 that might be what you`re looking for.

also firefox v1.5+ has the clear private data function built-in. u can customize which stuff to wipe and u can set it to be cleared upon every exit of firefox.

hi
sometime ago i was asking this same question as far as i know there is no secure deletion extention for firefox
you can get the Clear Private Data addon but this wont erase your cashe so its unrecoverable it will only delete your cashe and it will be recoverable
however what you could do is to get eraser and have that wipe your cashe and it would be unrecoverable if you set it to the guttman 35 passes option
