I have downloaded NOD32 Enterprise + Exchange scanner, what do I download for each of the client machines? Is that Administrator?

The client machines will use the "standard" version.

Typically, only the "main" server uses the administrator version. This is used mostly to set up the local update mirror and the remote administrator service.
