I've just started my PC and noticed that the control centre icon isn't in my task bar. Checked Process Xplorer and both are running fine-
nod32krn.exe
nod32kui.exe
Tried opening NOD from Start>Programs then minimising it, but it's still not appearing in there.
Any ideas? I kinda like it being there as it's handy.
Thanks...

Perhaps you have Windows hiding it in the systray.......check your task bar, right-click on it and check properties, there may be a check mark active.

Tried that and it isn't there. When I right click on the task bar, click properties>custom, NOD is set to always show.
Funny thing happened earlier, normally the pop-up when NOD has updated is down at the bottom right.
Earlier on it was up at the top left:wacko:
UPDATE: Just rebooted and the icon is back!!

Good for you, I couldn't live without it either.

Joliet Jake this is a Windows issue that occasionaly occurs not just with NOD but can occur with most any systray icon. Glad to see it's back for now.
Thanks,
Chris
