I heard a rumor it may be Outpost, but nothing anywhere close to fact. Then again I believe KIH is also a version of Outpost with some added development by the guys at Kaspersky.

Certainly a firewall developed by ESET. ;) See some other clues on this forum. :D

It wouldn't surprise me if KIH have got Outpost technology in their FW as we know Kaspersky is Russian based company and the same applies to Outpost.

whether it's a 3rd party or an Eset original, the first thing (beta) users are going to want to do with it are test it using these sorts of leak tests http://www.firewallleaktester.com/index.html but I suppose Eset will already have done that/be doing that.

I also preferred that Eset was developed its proper firewall...
