Hello

There is a conflict between ATI Catalyst 6.3 for windows xp and c:\windows\system32\drivers\psh_drv.sys of Acronis Privacy Expert Suite 9.0 (Acronis Malware Shield).After activating the ATI-Software uninstaller utility, there is a blue screen with the error message, that psh_drv.sys is responsible for the crash.

Hello staicomp,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Internet Privacy and Antispyware Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/privacyexpert/).

Please do the following in order to enable mini-dumps:

- Right click on "My Computer" and choose "Properties";
- Go to "Advanced" tab;
- Go to "Startup" and "Recover Settings";
- Choose "Small memory dump" in "Write debugging information" box;
- Close all the dialog windows by clicking OK buttons.

Now, please reproduce the system crash and collect the mini-dumps created.

Please also create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317). Please submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

Thank you.

Hello Kirill
Unfortunately nothing has changed.After installing two new versions of the Acronis Privacy expert suite, I thought, that the system has stabilized.
But after trying the de-installation of the ATI catalyst 6.3 to install ATI Catalyst 6.4, the system crashed.
The "MININIDUMP-Message" ist identical to the last one: "psh_drv.sys" has crashed the system again.

Hello Kirill

The newest build 1,456 of Acronis Privacy Expert Suite 9.0 has fixed the problem.
I`m very glad, that the uninstall process of the latest ATI Catalyst was
without any problems.
Formerly I had to spent more than 30 minutes to restart after the blue screen und to deinstall the ATI Software with DH Driver Cleaner, and so on.

Thank You very much for fixing the problem, but I`ve to mention, that this was a problem of Your software. I`m surprised at no other users
had the same problem, using ATI Radeon products.
