True Image OEM

I am trying to make an image in True Image OEM but am getting an error message E0004000A. Anybody any thoughts

The other reported occurrences of E0004000A that I have come across have been when someone was trying to save or restore an image on a network drive.

Acronis OEM software does not support network storage - you can only save and restore images on local internal or external drives. If you are not attempting to use a network drive, I don't have any further suggestions or theories - maybe someone else can help you.8)
