I listen to music on the Pandora (http://pandora.com) site (which I recommend highly). I configured iexplore.exe to use Higher efficiency mode, thinking that I could use the Server compatibility feature to exclude Pandora.com from Higher efficiency mode.
On the HTTP servers requiring higher compatibility window (accessed by clicking the Server compatibility button), I have added pandora.com. I've also added *.pandora.com.
However, from the progress bar that appears each time the song changes, and from the fact that the Pandora Flash player occasionally chokes, I can tell that Higher efficiency mode is still being used.
Does the Server compatibility feature work at all? If so, what is the format for entering DNS names? The help file doesn't bother to give details or examples.
