Win XP Pro Installation error - 105 Temporary folder for install files could not be c

I am trying to install NOD32 on to a laptop running win xp pro, I get the following error msg.

(105) Temporary folder for install files could not be created

The drive has 15% free space?

Any ideas?

Are you logged in with full administrator priveledges?

check if c:\windows\temp folder exist. NOD32 needs this folder.
