Each time I ran TI 9.2337, the windoze event log gets several messages from the timounter.
Event ID 1000
"The description for Event ID (1000) in Source (timounter) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event .."
No further info is given, other than a byte dump that states that the tib file opened successfully.
The message makes no sense as I currently do not have any computer powered up on the network, other than the local system.

If it's in the application events MS says:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q261007/

Hello Howard,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
Could you please run "regedit" command (Start -> Run), export the registry keys below and send them to us?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{71A27CDD-812A-11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F}
Could you please also do the following?
- Download SetupApiLog.zip (http://www.acronis.com/files/support/SetupApiLog.zip) file, unpack it and run in order to add the information to the Windows registry;
- Delete the \Windows\setupapi.log file and reboot the computer;
- Reproduce the problem and send us the setupapi.log file.
Please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317).
Please create an account (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/registration/), then log in (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/) and submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/). Perhaps, but I've been awake all night, and I took the easy way out so I can eat and get to bed.

Tired or not....Please provide that longggg info as Acronis Support requested....like they requested. Your copy\paste has been removed for safe keeping if by chance Acronis Support wants it in that format.
TIA for your undertstanding,
