cannot update

recently bought a twelve month license. each time it tries to update it comes up server connection failure.
I'm running winxp pro.
It has not updated since 8/2/03, version1.473
Was working fine until then please help

PS sorry I forgot to mention I have rechecked my user name & password, and yes there is an open internet connection............Jim

Its sorted now, my son had changed the settings in Zonealarm as soon as I allowed it again no problems.

Hi Jim,

Just a thought, put a password on ZA, so your son can't change settings anymore. ;)
