I sent few samples detected by heuristic to their lab but they still remain detected as suspicius... I sent them via quarantine.
Some of them are clean.

Is it bug or?

Hi Durad.

When you sent the samples from quarantine did you fill in the e-mail address box?

I sent a sample and I got an e-mail response within a few days.

Also check what kind of file is it in Quarantine. At least this was possible in last beta version before final release (False Positive, Suspicious and some 3rd option).
