Should Microsoft RSVP.exe be green flagged or red in Look N Stop? (internet access or not)....

On my 4 machines LnS is never asking for "RSVP.exe".
However, it should depend on your needs.
If you do video/audio streaming:

Thanks! Yeah I did a search on those too, but don't know what it would be on my computer. Though I do have QOS on to activate reverse bandwidth. Have never seen that RSVP.exe asking for network activity before.
