I just had a quick question. I see that the Home version is at 9.0 but the server is still at 8.0. Any idea when/if version 9.0 will be released for True Image Server? Thanks.

Yes Acronis....give us a time scale....I'm interested in True Image Enterprise Server and Corporate Workstation as well. Especially the "counter" release for live state 6.0 (recovery to completely different hardware) is very interesting.

Hello apatel0 and VolkerNadolski,
Thank you for your interest in Acronis Remote Server Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATIESWin/) and Acronis Workstation Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATICW/).
Please be aware that the new versions of Acronis True Image Server for Windows, Acronis True Image Enterprise Server for Windows, Acronis True Image Corporate Workstation and Acronis True Image Server for Linux are expected to be released in a few months. However, the exact time frame for this is not decided yet.
As for the ability to restore an operating system to a completely different hardware, please note that we plan to include this feature in the next versions of the above listed products. However, it is not finally decided yet whether this capability will be implemented.
Thank you.
