Update build number did not change

I just downloaded and installed Acronis True Image 9 build 2337. My current version was v9 build 2259. After the installation, I started TI and checked the build number. It still says 2259. Does anyone have any ideas as to why?

I run Windows 2000 SP4. Installation path is C:\Program Files\Acronis\True Image. I verified the installation path during the update installation was correct.

Hello rlynnb,

There is a known problem with TI Build 2337's installer. You will need to uninstall the current installation via Windows Control Panel's "Add or Remove Programs" and then reinstall Build 2337. Remember to create a new rescue CD after TI has updated correctly.
