What Anti-Spyware/Malware program produces lots of false-positives?

I am just curious…in your own personal experience, what anti-spyware/malware programs that you have ever been used that produces lots of false-positive results after scans… and probably cause some problems on your pc and you have to re-store it? ::) >:( :-\ ???
