Where does IE has it's blocked cookies database which SpywareBlaster access?

Internet Explorer v6 (IE6) stores the allow/block settings for all cookies in this registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\P3P\History
SpywareBlaster simply adds a specific list of spyware related cookies to this registry key with a setting of Block.
