Windows defender installing error

Hi Clique,
A workaround to your problem...:
Before installing Windows Defender, do the following:
-If you have Win XP Pro:
Right click my computer and select "manage". When in the administration console, choose "users and groups". Select "groups" and create a new group called "users". Afterwards you can install windows Defender without any errors any more.

-If you have Win XP Home:
The trick is to click on "start", then "run". Write the following command line "net localgroup USERS /ADD"(without the quotes) and click on "ok". Afterwards you can install Windows Defender without any error message. Once the M$ software installed, reboot. When back on your desktop again, you can delete this group USERS by entering the command line "net localgroup Users /delete" in start/run.
