Is there a way to prevent deletion of files in a certain partition?

I would like to create a partition, in which I can denied the deletion of files on it but enable write access (able to add files). ???

Anyway to do this?
I use Windows XP Home.

Thanks, but I aleady found a way.

It involved me booting to saffe mode and setting the permissions to restrict limited account holders from deleting files and giving such permissions to administrators group :)
