Process guard and hackshield

Hackshield is a hacking detection and blocking software used in some online games and for some reason it considers process guard a hacking tool.
Right after i start a game protected by hackshield, it says that hacking tool is detected (procguard.exe) and closes the game.

Is there any way i could keep process guard running while im playing a game protected with hackshield or am i forced to shut it down everytime i feel like playing?

My advice is email them and ask them what they want from us - if you give a process access then it can read ANY OTHER protected process. Surely we can come to some agreement on making it not possible to cheat, while still protecting users from real malware.
