Runtime Error 429: SpywareGuard v2.1

Have a system runing win xp home with 256mb of ram and a 1ghz Pentium III. I am getting the following message about a minute
after SpywareGuard is launched:

"Runtime Error 429: Active X component can't create object"

Then SG fails and terminates.

Any help would be appreciated.
