Using TI 9.0 I have found results vary quite a bit from one PC to another. I've come to the conclusion that TI 9.0 will be become more refined over the passage of time. All software is really a "work in progress". I also think the terminology used in the interface is not clear english. It tends to make the functions unclear for the user. If Acronis would like my help, I'd be glad to barter my technical writing services in exchange for some software.8)

The broader problem is the life cycle for software, about a year or less. So by the time the bugs and incompatibilities are worked out, a new version comes out with a fresh set of problems. This isn't a problem that applies particularly to TI; it applies to most software these days. However, the TI versions would seem to have fundamental probs when first released that one would hope are shorn in beta trials. One woul dhave hped that build 2337 was the release to retail.
