it can be downloaded from here (http://www.mntolympus.org/) but unfortuneately its not freeware

edit: found a download here (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=641788&postcount=4). just remember to remove the ".txt", extract the ruleset, and configure the rules properly (dns, dhcp, anti-mac etc)
