We have released ChatProbe v1.0 for home users. ;D8)

It provides the same functionality as the pro version, with the exception of that it scans only 8 computers max.

I appreciate the feedback and thank you all.

Hi Capp,

Good to see that you've taken my input into consideration, from earlier posts in other threads and this one too http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=117584 and released a dedicated home version at last. The price of $24.95 fits right in the middle of what i suggested, and as i said i think this more acceptable. Do i get a complimentary copy now that you'll be getting more $ lol ?

Is the trial version the same for Home and Corporate ?

The DL page says Coming Soon! for the Home Version !

I got your main page from here and clicked on the ChatprobeHome DL link to test it. Once again i got an IE error and had to shut it down ! I had to do a combination of both reloading and rebooting several times, to view different pages/links on your site.

In your previous response about this problem the other day you said "there isn't any Java or anything". But i noticed that you do have Javascript, maybe you forgot ?

I wonder if the fact that i have Scripting etc disabled is confusing the relationship with your site and my IE, and that's why i have problems on some of your pages ?

Also when some of your pages are just loading, i get the text that is meant for the descriptions, overlaying the blue links on the left hand side. This corrects itself within one second or so. I don't know whether there's some kind of connection with the above, but i thought you'ld like to know about it.

Anyway i hope the new Home Version flys out for you.

<-QUOTE} Thanks StevieO..I appreciate that. I might be willing to think about it ;)

Yes, it is a 15-day trial for both versions

That is intentional. I have submitted the software for download availability to multiple sites and I will add them to the download links as they become available. I have "coming soon" because download.com will be the primary site. You can use the "local Mirror" link if you want to get it until the others arive.

*Edit*...that has been corrected

I apologize, I did forget. The javascript you are referring to is just a hit-counter. Just so I can keep track of how well my advertising is going. That shouldn't keep the page from loading properly, but I'll look into it.

That is a glitch I have yet to figure out. I created the pages using Publisher 2003 and published the site using FrontPage 2003. I am still new to the whole web page building thing and I have no idea why it loads the text like it does. I know that it speeds up after the site has been loaded into the system cache. I am going to do some research and get this fixed as well.
Thanks for letting me know it's not just my browser

Thank you again StevieO, I appreciate it. I hope the home version is a success as well and hopefully, we'll have some Wilders members interested in it too ;) ;D
