I have this trojan, s in outlook that attach to email.
js/iestart.l and h, how do i, or can i get rid of them.

Can you try and see if following these instructions works?
Surf to http://www.nod32.com/pedia/j.htm
You will see iestart.c and iestart.g listed. When you click them you will go to a page with removal instructions.
Jump for joy if they work for yours too or wait for someone more knowledgeable to help you if they don't. ;)
