Had to use bhblaster after my grand kid used the computer. It worked fine but ..... it would not exit from my desktop. I had to continually repeat the steps of trying to close the program. Finally I did get it off my desktop, through some fancy mouse clicking. But then it left my computer all together. I had to redownload it again...... is this normal? I ask this question only because sometimes the problem is not the software or rhe computer..... but the guy that sits in front of it......
